Terms of Service

These terms explain how RateMyAutoShop works for drivers, reviewers, and shop owners. By using the service, you agree to use reviews, listings, claims, and paid shop tools responsibly.

User content

Users are responsible for reviews, photos, reports, listings, and other content they submit. Reviews must reflect real, firsthand service experiences.

Shop owners

Claimed shops may edit business details and respond to reviews. Paid status never controls whether reviews are approved, rejected, hidden, or displayed.

Moderation

RateMyAutoShop may moderate spam, fraud, threats, hate, privacy violations, irrelevant content, fake reviews, and content that violates review guidelines.

Billing

Paid shop subscriptions and featured placements are managed through Stripe. Cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and invoices should be handled through the billing portal once Stripe is enabled.
